ABOUT YOUR HOST
Jen coaches people feeling stuck to take inspired action on what’s most important to them in their life, business or career.
She believes personal frequency is at the core of a happy, successful life and that our issues come misaligned personal energy. She shows people how to consciously shift their frequency so they can drop their baggage, tap into their personal power, purpose, and achieve their dreams and goals.
Jen understands the impact of imposter syndrome and anxiety and is an advocate for anyone ready to step away from the grip of self-doubt into their innate personal power and gifts.
Her work draws on scientific, metaphysical, spiritual, and practical strategies to help people take action in their lives.
With a background in corporate consulting and online business strategy, she works with private and corporate clients individually or in group workshops and speaks regularly at events and conferences.
Jen has a Business degree and certifications in NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching, a strong interest in neuroscience, quantum physics, meditation, yoga and spirituality. She is currently studying the yogic path to complement her work. She can be reached at hello@jenramsey.com.
