Overwhelm – it's a feeling we can all experience but how do we stop it getting the better of us? This week a client asked me how do you keep your vibe high when you're feeling overwhelmed? She said while she knew it was important to feel good she often feels overwhelmed when thinking about future goals and the many things on her to-do list that need to get done today.
It’s such a great question that I’ve devoted this episode to it. Here I share six tips to help you stop overwhelm in its tracks. I also share why it's important to keep your vibe high and what to do when you’re feeling extremely overwhelmed and uptight.
