Anxiety is a word we’re now much more familiar with as a community – with the pandemic, political tensions, the war in the Ukraine and growing eco-anxiety about the planet – many of us are understandably concerned. These are obvious anxiety triggers but what about some of the “sleeper” anxiety triggers around us - things we don’t even know could be causing us anxiety? What are they and more importantly what can we do to manage them … from a quantum physics and spiritual perspective?
In this episode I share the lessons and gifts I received when my anxiety was unexpectedly triggered by the accident I had in January. I also share five strategies any of us can use to deal with anxiety when it is triggered.
